The world is being inundated with supposed science claiming that consciousness affects the material world in crazy ways, which they say changes our understanding of nature, and our own role in the Universe. They say we need to be attuned to certain frequencies, invisible fields, and the purification of our consciousness. Today I just want pick on one random article I stumbled across when browsing one of my favorite old websites, Activist Post, which says a lot about where we are in society, and how the New Age weirdos are trying to take over.
Cult of Consciousness
The Cult of Consciousness loves to pretend they understand science. They’re not comfortable admitting that they’re religious converts. They seem to think alternative science belongs in the same room as alternative journalism, alternative politics, and alternative entertainment, which are about circumventing the Establishment and promoting underrepresented people. And that may be true. But the Winter Christian doesn’t go along with the alternative just because it’s the alternative. We believe that the world is affected by an unseen realm of angels, demons, and the Holy Spirit already, so it’s not news to us that materialism fails to explain reality. We know that prayers can affect reality (through God), that faith like a mustard seed can move mountains (according to God’s will), and that the stars were created to serve as a map of the time periods. Those ideas come straight from the Bible. But in the current “Age of Re-Enchantment”, those traditional beliefs are thrown out in favor of a different religion, which dresses itself up as science.
Quantum mechanics are promoted as proof that Newtonian physics are invalid, Einstein was wrong, and the whole universe is actually a mystical illusion that manifests things as we think about them. Now, I don’t trust Newton or Einstein, because they’re just mortal men like you or I, and I know God’s Creation is beyond what any of us can comprehend, but by that same token I refuse to leap to alternative conclusions just because somebody can find problems with their work. This cult doesn’t actually understand the quantum entanglement studies, and they don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt when they talk about the implications. “Quantum computing” has yet to produce any meaningful results, and I suspect quantum physics itself is one of the biggest scams going today. To me, it seems like a fraudulent field of science meant to generate wacky headlines, which in turn scam Boomer investors into thinking there’s a new gold rush, and promoting New Age mysticism as scientific fact. And if that’s the plan, it’s working.
Bait and switch
I’ve been reading Activist Post for many years, because they were highly critical of 5G and other technological horrors being pushed into society without proper scientific studies on safety. And I still commend them for that. But I’ve always been suspicious of their pro-drug narrative, and even had an argument in the comments with one of their authors about it. Recently I’ve noticed some outright baffling claims that seem like they were written by a Rosicrucian, not a journalist.
I have to toss this article on the pile of other disappointments in the alternative media. I used to follow the work of Allison McDowell, Mikki Willis, and Greg Reese, but each of them has joined the Cult of Consciousness—or perhaps just revealed what they believed the whole time. Having read The Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot, I know exactly what they’re getting at, and it’s deeply disturbing. It’s one of the topics I hit hardest in Fire In The Rabbit Hole, pointing out how postmodern mysticism leads to victim-blaming, power worship, and an unhealthy obsession with death. It’s what Oprah and Yuval Harari preach. It’s an eastern occult worldview, a spinoff of Theosophy, sucking in poorly understood scientific theories to promote a religion where civilization is evil, nature is holy, and our thoughts dictate the outcomes of world events. They think psychedelic drugs are a gateway to liberating our minds from the Matrix, etc. etc. They are summoning a shamanistic, paganistic, New Dark Age, whether they realize it or not.
In the article, we see telltale warning signs. After listing a bunch of valid reasons to be suspicious of transhumanism, the author, Guy Hatchard, goes on to provide mystical “solutions” that are illogical and unscientific, while denying exactly that.
We are not proposing anything illogical or unscientific here.
Notice the head-on denial of the obvious. This is a common New Age tactic. Instead of defending their religious views as such, they aggressively deny that there’s anything religious about what they’re saying. Guy Hatchard wants to force the reader to accept his ideas because they’re “scientific”. People are wary of exotic spiritual doctrines, but fascinated by scientific breakthroughs. Personally, I hate when people have to lie and appeal to authority in order to convince others of their beliefs, instead of just talking about their personal view.
There are parallels with early 20th-century physics. In the face of incontrovertible experimental results, physicists had to incorporate the notion of a conscious observer into the heart of quantum mechanics. Biotechnology is being irreversibly pushed towards an admission that consciousness lies at the heart of biology and the cutting edge of evolution. This is not a radical idea, it is our simple everyday experience as individuals that needs to take pride of place in the life sciences.
Wrong. This is a word salad that falls apart under the slightest scrutiny. You can look at any sentence in the paragraph and see how it doesn’t make sense. It’s almost like a form of hypnosis, to shut off your critical thinking by blabbering on with intellectual-sounding terms while concealing the real message.
We can’t leave you with this prospect [ie. the transhumanist nightmare] without referencing some positive steps that individuals can take to protect their health. In a recent video, we described intracellular transport and information systems in terms of eight parameters—chemistry, water-soluble processes, electricity, electromagnetic fields, molecular shape, molecular vibration, transcription regulation, and genetic structure.
All of these systems can be supported by simple additions to our daily routines and lifestyle.
Okay, let’s see it! What are these totally scientific “positive steps” that will “protect” our “health”?
Chemistry: The food that we eat needs to be free of ultra-processed content, pesticides, etc., it should be lighter, more varied, and based on unadulterated natural food sources that contain DNA. These measures will support cellular chemistry.
Avoiding pesticide and “ultra-processed” (whatever that means) content? Okay. Is there anybody who thinks those are good to eat? People eat junk because they’re poor, lazy, or don’t care about their health. But what does “containing DNA” mean exactly? Never mind, I don’t want to know. It’s just another tactic, of dropping certain buzzwords and moving on without explaining them, so that the reader goes into puzzle-solving mode trying to connect the dots of what the author means instead of evaluating the truth of the claims being made.
Water and Electricity: To improve hydration sip hot purified water during the day. To make it easy, you can keep a thermos flask nearby. This will also improve electrical conductivity in the physiology.
Electrical conductivity? I’ve been drinking hot water as a beverage for years just because I find it relaxing, but I didn’t know I was becoming an electrical conductor in the process! Wait… Why do I want to become electrically conductive?
Electric fields: Take a walk in the morning sun every day. The sun is a form of electromagnetic radiation that is healing. Avoid overexposure to cell phone, electrical, and wifi radiation.
Oh, that’s why! I need to absorb the magical healing fields of the Sun. According to Mikki Willis, Alex Jones, and David Weiss (the Flat Earther) I also need to stare at the sun in the evening to cleanse my soul of demons and unlock the knowledge of the ancient mystics! They all claim their bullshit is “science” too. And don’t get me wrong, I enjoy sunlight as much as anybody. When it’s sunny outside I’m like a cat sitting by the patio door, bathing in it. But I do it because it’s warm, cozy, and beautiful, and I know it helps me produce Vitamin D, not because it’s “healing” in some vague way, or sends electrical currents into my Astral Body. And while avoiding constant electrical radiation is probably good advice, we see how he mixes “duh”-worthy common sense with bizarre spiritual statements.
Shape: Simple yoga exercises place the body in shapes that stimulate health and renew energy. The placement, proportions, orientation, and materials of your home greatly influence your health (more on this in a later release)
Ah, there’s the yoga! By now he’s dropped the pretense of science and going straight into Yoga and Feng Shui! Arranging your furniture and posing your body in certain sacred shapes will “stimulate health and renew energy”. That’s what every Chinese ritual claims to do. It’s all about creating a mystical union between your “meat suit” (as some jokingly call it) and the Divine Universe.
Vibration: Uplifting music vibrates the physiology in tune with Cosmic harmonies. Simple breathing exercises in clean air clear the mind.
You see? Vibrating our physiology “in tune with Cosmic harmonies” is how the Cult of Consciousness phrases their religious experience. They’re obsessed with frequencies and harmonies. They believe the whole universe is an exercise in aligning your chakras (or bodily centers of consciousness) with nature’s rhythms and secret codes. This occult “science” is supposedly the key to health, positive thinking, and unifying mankind into a big happy family. They believe in a subjective Multiverse which is constantly switching reality to suit the mindset of people. Unlocking magic power and infinite blessings is as simple as tapping into a reality where your future is positive and successful, and drawing that energy to yourself.
Transcription Regulation: Speak the truth always. This ensures our thinking is in harmony with natural law and protects our intelligence along with the intelligence of our body.
Ha ha ha. “Transcription Regulation”, I’ll have to remember that one. Instead of thinking about God’s law, the Kingdom of God, or the instructions Jesus Christ gave us, they appeal to “natural laws”. Why? Because natural law is infinitely flexible, meaningless, and open to fantasy and abuse. Everything from pedophilic incest to systematic genocide can be justified under “natural law”. The self-worship instinct loves to be told that we are just living according to nature, and that we have “intelligence in our body” that becomes stronger by “speaking truth” — whatever “truth” suits us. Theosophy’s motto was “No Religion Higher Than Truth”, even while their material was being published by a company called “Lucifer Publishing Company”. They “speak truth” while being blinded by Satan.
Genetic Identity: Meditate and honor your traditional cultural wisdom, as it improves immunity, humanity, and the expression of our individual and collective genetic heritage.
Expressing our genetic heritage? Meditation? Traditional cultural wisdom? If you’re not familiar with this jargon, it may sound like nothing. But what Guy Hatchard and the other Cult of Consciousness people are really pushing is the idea that your body is a divine vessel, like a radio with an antenna, which can attune itself to the great unseen powers of nature and the Collective Unconscious. We are the instruments of a great unheard symphony. Carl Jung said this is where dreams come from. Meditating transports your consciousness and opens you up to the influence of entitites beyond the visible realm. Doesn’t that sound exciting?
Of course, we must abandon the Christian outlook to do this, which in turn rejects the Holy Spirit from us, and opens us up to demonic possession. It’s all Satanic.1 And we know that mankind will worship demons by the end times:
(Revelation 9:20) The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood—idols that cannot see or hear or walk.
By the end of this age, mankind will be outright worshiping demons. They will revert to idols, and degrade into a form of Neo-Paganism like never before. And thanks to the growing Theosophical crusade to destroy logic and scientific literacy (while pretending to promote them), they will successfully fool many into becoming members of the Cult of Consciousness without even realizing they’ve abandoned reason and joined a Satanic religion.
Meditation itself, just like doing Yoga stretches, does not inherently have any spiritual effect. A sensible, non-mystical form of either can be practiced by Christians without any weirdness. Occultism is about using the hidden techniques to turn something as ordinary as thinking with your eyes closed or doing stretches into a mystical experience. They do the same thing with sex (Tantra) and anything else they can think of.
This old meat suit is sore this morning, but I'm vibrating at a semi-reasonable frequency after my coffee, and enjoying this great article. The pseudoscience IS everywhere. I'm glad you are willing and able to point out the corpulent, naked emperor, strolling merrily down the boulevard.
The Lucifer Trust (now renamed the Lucis Trust) also publishes the UN's documentation.
