Interesting. I haven't been following these goings-on closely, but I'm aware of key points. I have been looking more closely at what's up with evangelicals and other conservative Christians, with whom I have had a rocky relationship pretty much from birth, and making interesting discoveries (to put it mildly) that I might write about if/when I am able to do so.

Netanyahu I remember as the leader who sold his people to Pfizer for human experimentation for biowarfare research. There is one particular Israeli dispensational premillennialist teacher that some of the people I know hold in high esteem, that gave himself away when he "explained" and justified Netanyahu's need for "judicial reform". I'm fairly certain now who this person works for, but my friends and acquaintances who follow him don't seem to have a clue and know nothing about his employer. Oh well.

Thanks for the clues.

Just trying my best to take note of things that counter the typical "It's All Perfectly Orchestrated" rhetoric. Too many "researchers" gloss over evidence that suggests there are real power struggles happening within corrupt nations.

In my large group meeting this morning people I thought I knew, at least casually, were _praising_ Elon Musk as a hero. I was astonished, for some reason, to see this. Conservative evangelicals. God help them. My two close friends in the room were not part of this, and I couldn't see anything to do but sit there with my mouth open and my eyes bulging. Nobody noticed other than the friend sitting opposite me.

Three other people I had begun to get to know were not there. One was recovering from knee surgery, one had died of turbo cancer, and one had been killed, run over on her motorized scooter on the street that runs past the church (but farther south), by a driver that wasn't looking. Just part of ordinary everyday life these days.

I hate to sound generically cynical about everything, but I do think "normal" will just continue to quietly slide into more irrationality and dysfunctionality. The prevailing winds of today are about dragging people into cults
